Traditional Oatmeal with Berries

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup Fresh Strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseed
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup Non-Dairy Milk (Almond Hemp, Soy, etc)
  • Raisins
  • Goji Berries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook oats in water according to their package directions.
  2. Once cooked, stir in milk.
  3. Add all topping ingredients and serve warm!
