Garden Veggie Cream Cheese Tea Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Cashews
  • 1/4 - 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Dill
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Bell Pepper small dice
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot small dice
  • 1/2 Cup Green Onion white only, small dice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place Cashews, Water, Nutritional Yeast, Lemon, Water, Garlic, Dill, and Salt in your Vitamix or high powered blender.

  2. Pour cashew mixture into a mixing bowl and combine with remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator to chill. (I like it chilled!)
  4. This is delicious on fresh bread, crackers, or raw veggies.
