Gooey Chocolate Mug Cake (Vegan & Oil-Free)

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 T Non-Dairy Milk (I used a low-sugar oat milk)
  • 1 T Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 Heaping T Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 T Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Agave
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 2 T Oat Flour
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
  • Sprinkle Dark Chocolate Chips (for topping - I use Enjoy Life brand)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a small mug.

  2. Sprinkle with chocolate chips

  3. Microwave for 1 minute and afterwards top w/ice cream of your choice.
