Ashley’s Beginner Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup 100% Juice unsweetened (I use Cranberry or Pomegranate)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Apple skin on
  • 1 Orange peeled
  • 1 Slice Lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon Flaxseed whole or ground
  • 2 Teaspoons Amla Powder optional
  • 1 Small Handful Baby Spinach
  • 1 Small Handful Kale
  • Ice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender!
