Blueberry Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 1, 10 ounce bag Frozen Wild Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup Raw Gluten Free, Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/3 Cup Coconut Water my favorite brands are Taste Nirvana or Harmless Harvest
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseed Hemp Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, or Chopped Walnuts are great too!)
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried Shredded Coconut unsweetened
  • 2 Bananas sliced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Option 1: Mix all ingredients together. Store in an airtight container overnight in the refrigerator, and eat the next morning raw & chilled!
  2. Option 2: Mix all ingredients together in a stovetop pan. Heat on medium-high for about 5 minutes or until the blueberries have defrosted and slightly warm.
