INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • 3/4 Cup 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 8 Medjool Dates Pitted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Cup Milk Almond / Rice / Soy
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 4 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup Optional
  • Choc Chips Optional for Topping
  • Brown Sugar Optional for Topping

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender, except Chocolate Chips and Brown Sugar.

  2. Blend on high until smooth.

  3. Pour mixture into a lightly oiled bread pan.

  4. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes at 350˚
