Massaged Kale Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Head Curly Kale deribbed and stems removed
  • 1/2 Ripe Avocado
  • 2 T Lemon Juice
  • 1 T Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp Pink Salt
  • 1 Cup Garbanzo Beans
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Tear kale into small pieces.

  2. Place the kale, avocado, lemon, garlic, and salt into a mixing bowl.

  3. Combine & smush with your hands until all ingredients are "massaged."

  4. Top with garbanzo & cranberries.
