Winter Immunity Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Cup Pomegranate Juice
  • 1/4 Raw Beet
  • 1 Orange, peeled
  • 1/2 Grapefruit peeled
  • 1/4 Cup Cranberries frozen
  • 1 T Lemon Juice
  • 1 Small piece Fresh Ginger
  • 1 Small piece Fresh Turmeric
  • 1 T Hemp Seeds
  • 1 T Flaxseeds
  • 3 T Coconut Butter more for flavor if you'd like
  • 3 Medjool Dates pitted

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend in a Vitamix or high powered blender.
