Beet Lime Refresher

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Raw Beets (small to medium sized) washed thoroughly and/or peeled
  • 1 bunch Greens from your beets (stems and leaves) or use 1 bunch of Swiss chard
  • 3 Red Apples
  • 2 Limes peeled
  • 1 Bunch Mint

DIRECTIONS

  1. Run all ingredients through a juicer.
