Protein Banana Bread Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Ripe Bananas frozen
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Cream unsweetened
  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts
  • 4 Medjool Dates pitted
  • 2 T Chia Seeds
  • 2 T Flaxseeds ground or whole
  • 1/2 Tsp Amla Powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Use a Vitamix or high powered blender & serve immediately.
