Cardamom Apple Berry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Red Apple small size, skin on
  • 1 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 2 Medjool Dates pitted
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon ground
  • 1/4 Tsp Cardamom ground
  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Yogurt I use Harmless Harvest or Siggi's
  • 1/2 Cup Milk I used Malk Almond
  • 1 T Chia Seeds
  • 1 T Flaxseeds
  • Handful Raw Baby Spinach

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend in a high speed blender until smooth!
