  • Today I woke up feeling happier than EVER to be ME! ☀️ I love where life has lead me, I love the people in my life, and I love those who have left! I am attracting EXACTLY who I want in my tribe, and it feels so so good. . . Many of you have asked about the juices I drink & share on Instastories! I started juicing again since we got back from SC. ☀️ I believe that filling your body with healthy foods changes EVERYTHING. Juices keep my mind C L E A R and productivity H I G H! 👏🏻 I drink pure celery juice every morning (for intense hydration & minerals) and mix it up with another juice in the afternoon. I really LOVE purple cabbage juice {3 pears + 1 head cabbage & all run through juicer} Talk about a massive antioxidant boost that is super cheap & powerful; purple cabbage is a for clear skin remedy, cleansing for the liver, and it actually tastes great! . .   • THIS IS SO TOUGH. THIS SUCKS. THIS IS SO HARD. . 👆🏻👆🏻👆🏻 These are all the negative phrases I said over and over again when I was going through my breakup with Lily’s father back in the day. (Although, rightfully so!) . But then my amazing friend smacked me upside the head and said, “Change the words you’re using to describe your situation. If you keep using negative words to describe your state, then you’ll keep feeling that way.” . Instead of “This is so tough.” Replace it with “This is not easy.” ✨🌙💫⭐️✨🌙💫 . Oddly enough, that felt better! EASY is a positive word and even when used in this instance, had an immediate impact on my mood and the way I felt about the future! . This is one of the coolest mindset tools that I use on a daily basis to radically change my state of mind, and I have my sweet friend to thank for it! 💜 . This is just something I thought about today and wanted to share! Recently I heard a gal in my salon saying over & over again “I’m so broke...” and in my mind I thought, of course - because you keep saying it (no no no!) I actually hear people saying “I’m broke” a lot, and although it may be the current state, changing the language (your mindset, feelings, moving toward abundance) WILL help get you out of the hole (why do i know?! Bc I’ve been there too!) You see, our brains, our bodies, and our actions all work in secret, magical ways to bring to life whatever we focus on. Whether we focus on positive or negative, IT WILL come to fruition. . Change your words & change your life! . TRY IT!🌙✨💫⚡️ .
