Monthly Faves Box Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The Monthly Faves Box Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is run by Ashley Diana at ashleydiana.com (the “Sponsor”). You can reach the Sponsor through the contact form.
2. Who can enter
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live, if higher) when they enter. The Sponsor, her family and household members, and anyone who helps run the Giveaway cannot win.
3. How to enter
Join the Ashley Diana email list with the sign-up form on ashleydiana.com. Joining is free. Each email subscriber gets one entry each month. Once you are subscribed, you are entered automatically every month for as long as you stay subscribed. You do not need to sign up again.
Limit: one entry per person per month, no matter how many email addresses you use. Entries made by bots, scripts or other automated means are void.
4. Entry period
Each month is a separate Giveaway. A monthly Giveaway starts at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of that month. To be entered for a month, you must be subscribed by the end of that month.
5. The prize
One winner each month gets one Monthly Faves Box: a box of products that Ashley picks for that month. What is in the box changes each month. The approximate retail value of each box is shared when the winner is announced. The prize cannot be transferred, swapped or exchanged for cash. The Sponsor may replace any item with one of equal or greater value. The prize ships only to an address in the United States.
6. How the winner is picked
Within 10 days after each monthly Giveaway ends, the Sponsor picks one winner at random from all eligible entries for that month. Your odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries there are that month.
7. How the winner is told
The Sponsor emails the winner at the address used to subscribe. The winner must reply within 7 days with a US shipping address. If the winner does not reply in time, cannot be reached, or is not eligible, the Sponsor may pick another winner at random.
8. Taxes
The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.
9. Publicity
With the winner’s permission, the Sponsor may share the winner’s first name and state on ashleydiana.com, in emails and on social media.
10. General terms
By entering, you agree to these rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. The Sponsor may cancel, change or pause the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems or anything else outside the Sponsor’s control affects how it runs. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late or not received because of technical problems.
11. Your information
Information you give when you subscribe is used as described in the Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email. Unsubscribing ends your future entries.
12. Social media
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or run by, or connected with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest or any other social media platform.
13. Winner list
To ask for the name of a past month’s winner, use the contact form within 60 days after that month’s Giveaway ends.
