Yvonne and I decided that it would be fun to make an adult beverage for our Halloween Extravaganza recipe series this year.
Ok…maybe it was my idea… 🙂 I guess since I can’t partake in adult beverage festivities this year, I want to live vicariously through you this Halloween. Ha!
This is just a fun, easy, and festive martini if you’re so inclined. If you want to make it non-alcoholic (like me!) just shake up coconut water, club soda, and pineapple juice!
This year for our Halloween recipe series, Yvonne and I made Pumpkin Chocolate Glazed Spider Web Donuts, Spider Egg Donut Holes, and Pumpkin Spice Cashew Milk!

Ghoulish Martini
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz sour apple schnapps
- 2 oz coconut water
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- desired amount of club soda
- green food coloring optional
DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredient in a shaker with ice.

Shake and pour!
