Get More Done! Releasing Perfectionism Affirmations:
I am making the choice today to release perfectionism. The need to be perfect all the time is a heavy weight- one I am now lifting from my shoulders, and releasing from my life. Perfectionism and procrastination had its grip on me in the past, and I cut the cords now. I am welcoming more ease and more flow into my life now. I am inviting grace and forgiveness into my world. I am navigating work and projects with much more flexibility – and it’s actually feeling so good. I am loosening my grip on the need to control every aspect and element perfectly and I am feeling more free as I do so. Lighter & lighter. Better & better. Because I am enough- and I do enough. I can make amazing contributions without stressing over whether they are QUOTE “perfect” enough. I am wonderful, radiant, and content with the way I now choose to move forward. I am finding it easier to set boundaries and to communicate my limits with confidence. I am valuable and worthy of good things even if things don’t go perfectly according to plan. Perfectionism is nothing but fear in fancy shoes trying to act like everything is fabulous. So I now release that fear. I am better than that. I know this. I am worthy of love regardless of any mistakes that I may think I have made in the past. For I know and I believe that nothing is actually good or bad, everything just IS. Everything I experience is just that- an experience. They are always experiences from which I lovingly choose to grow. It is time to grow at an exponential rate. I am ready. I am excited. My worth isn’t based on my achievements or my performance. I am always worthy, lovable, and deserving of support – no matter what. I enjoy waking up with purpose and always doing my best. I choose to be excellent, not perfect – there’s a difference. Excellent is a blissful choice that I make. I know I was put on this planet to achieve great things. So excellence is welcome here. Perfectionism can hit the road. I release it with love, thankful for what it taught me, but I recognize it was only here for a season, not a lifetime. If I feel that perfectionism is pulling at me, I will listen to this affirmation and it brings me back to center. I look in my mirror and I say out loud to myself: “Done is better than perfect. Progress is better than perfection. Good enough is actually good enough. I am not too much or too little. I am the perfect expression of life and love. I am already worthy. I love myself even more today than I did yesterday. I am in the process of wonderful, positive change. I really do love myself and I am learning to trust the process of life.
