This is the last MONTH of this decade.
How do you plan to finish the year?
Something we have been practicing this week is to do at least 1 thing better every day. I like to get a head start on my new year, so I feel pumped and ahead of the game when the new year rolls around!
So far this month, I’ve been eating a salad daily, wearing car gloves (yes it’s a thing), been stretching daily, and so on.
Just imagine how you’ll feel after 1 month and you’ve been adding in a small new habit each day. It’s the small things that add up to big success.
One of those daily habits can easily be juice. (especially this Winter Glow Juice! It’s sooo good!)
It’s easy peasy. No excuses to not bring a burst of nutrients into your life when we have such wonderful tools like juicers at out finger tips these days.
Actually speaking of juicers, I bought the $600 Hurom juicer and I HATED IT. If you like veggie juice that is pulp-free, don’t buy it. It claims to be pulp-free, but I might as well have been drinking a purple cabbage smoothie. They must love some pulp in the Hurom Headquarters.

First of all, YES GIRL, you can juice butternut squash! It’s actually so delish.
I like to juice things that I wouldn’t normally eat a ton of raw. For example, I very much dislike raw celery, but I can get down with some fresh celery juice.
Same with this.
I wouldn’t normally eat cups full of raw squash, turmeric, OR grapefruit, but in juice, YES.
All of the ingredients in this juice are abundant in the winter and filling your body with raw foods are the way to glowing, healthy, CLEAR skin.

Winter Glow Juice
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Oranges peeled
- 2 Cups Raw Butternut Squash cubed
- 1 Small Turmeric Root
- 2 Lemons peeled
- 1/2 Grapefruit peeled
- 1 inch Ginger
- Handful Mint Leaves
DIRECTIONS

Run all ingredients through a juicer.
