I am here now. Each and every inhale increases my awareness of the present moment. I am fully alive, awake, and tuned in. There is power in being present, and I tap into that right now. I feel my feet on the floor, rooting, grounding, anchoring me to be here- now. It is a blessing and a gift to be alive in this moment; a gift that I receive with deep and profound gratitude. 150,000 people didn’t wake up today – and I do. I am ALIVE and it feels so good. The present moment is always a privilege. I’m going to soak it all in, take it in more and more with each deep, slow, conscious breath that I take. I bask in the glory of the perfect present moment. It is only now that time truly exists. My five senses are always heightening my awareness of the present moment; tuning me into my environment and the miraculous buzz of life all around me. The source of conscious awareness that lives within me, the observer of my daily human experiences, is SO alive and awake right now. I notice all of the tiny blessings and sources of beauty that are surrounding me. The present moment is where all of life’s magic takes place. It’s where life actually happens. I get to feel life unfold second by second, moment by moment, and I get to slow it all down with every deep breath that I take. I make time stand still now and hover over this present moment. Where I am now, who I am now, all of the humans on the Earth in this exact moment, is a unique cocktail of ingredients that will never quite exist in the exact same way; so I drink it all in- acknowledging how special that taste and flavor of this unique moment truly is. Always is. No longer taking it for granted. The past is over no matter how much I choose to think about it. The future is on its own perfect schedule, no matter how badly I want to speed it up. So now, I rest. I press pause and I float blissfully in the here and now. I simply exist. I train all of my attention, focus, and awareness to be here now. And like a muscle, it gets easier every day. More natural every moment. I don’t get lost in distractions. My mind wanders less and less as I fall more and more in love with the perfect present moment. It’s always available to me right here and right now.
