This affirmation episode is here to help you cultivate the inner strength and resilience you need to overcome life’s challenges and rise to the occasion. We all have moments that test our strength; affirmations are a powerful, effective tool you can draw upon to give you an extra boost during moments you need it most!  

I AM Affirmations for Inner Strength:

I am safe in this moment. I am going to get through this. I am strong, I am resilient, and I have survived 100% of my worst days. I am prepared to handle anything, and all will be resolved soon. I focus on what I can control and make peace with the rest of it. I know brighter days are ahead of me. I remain calm in the meantime. I focus on one thing at a time and I am gentle with myself. I am feeling more and more relaxed by the minute, because I trust myself, and I know that everything is going to work out. I find comfort in the long, slow, deep breaths I take. I am balanced. My anxiety will not control me. It’s just a temporary state- a feeling that will pass. I am on my way to feeling a lot better. I am fearless. I am brave, and I am fully capable of handling change or challenges that come my way. When overwhelm comes knocking, I know how to pause and take things one step at a time. It’s ok to slow down. It’s ok to take my time. I listen to my body’s signals. I rest when I need to rest. I move when I need to move. I am so in tune, so alive, and completely free.

I nerd out on some good sleep tips! And since it’s #sleepawarenessweek, here are a few for u. I 💜 to learn about sleep, as it’s literally the FOUNDATION of our health. As far as longevity is concerned, you can’t make up for poor sleep with exercise and nutrition alone - it helps, but it’s like trying to build a house that’ll last for 100 years on a wobbly foundation. It. Just. Won’t. Last.
