Every craving that I overcome gets me one step closer to the results I want, and that is motivation enough to keep me going. I am constantly inspired by and encouraged by my own progress. I am making changes, and in doing so, I am changing the game. I am in control of myself. I create my future with every choice that I make. I believe and trust in my ability to make choices that are in alignment with my biggest goals and my highest priorities.
