That’s right – H20, baby!
I don’t have an issue with drinking enough water, BUT sometimes I like to jazz up my water. Spa Waters are the ultimate for summer hydration, and especially useful if drinking enough daily water doesn’t come easily to you.
Spa waters are simply water, elevated. You’ll take a pitcher or container full of water, then add fruits + herbs (and possibly sweetener depending on how jazzy you wanna get with your beverage), and then store it in the fridge. That’s it!
The combinations are endless, and usually I don’t sweeten the concoctions, but if I add LOTS of lemon juice & berries, it’s usually more of a crowd pleaser with a bit of agave.

Easy Fruit Spa Water
INGREDIENTS
- 5 Lemons juiced
- Handful Strawberries sliced
- Handful Blackberries
- 3 Sprigs Fresh Mint
- Liquid Sweetener (I like agave with lemon drinks) agave, honey, whatever you're preference etc
- Ice & Water
