This Pomegranate Smoothie has been one of my favorite “pick me ups” since I first made it a few weeks ago. If you’re Vegan or Lactose Intolerant, this is a great recipe for you.
This smoothie is pretty and it also has beauty-boosting ingredients. There are blueberries, pomegranate. cranberry and sunflower in this smoothie. In addition to all of the berries & seeds in this smoothie, they also keep your skin youthful and glowing. They help prevent dry skin, help with fighting breakouts and stimulate collagen production!
So, I am going to bed pretty late tonight. Lilygoat and I had an amazing day together. We picked out her Halloween costumes. (She picked out two of them. One was a strawberry and the other a unicorn!). We also read some new books together. Honestly, this girl has so much energy now!
She woke up from her nap at 2:30 p.m. and stayed awake all afternoon and all night. This is the reason I am posting my Smoothie Sunday recipe at 11 p.m., lol! (Typically, I’m more ahead of schedule, BUT life happened this week)! Oh well! 🙂
Ever since I made this smoothie a couple of weeks ago, I have loved it! What I love most about this smoothie is the balance of sweet & tart. It is SO tasty.

Pretty Pomegranate Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup 100% Pure Pomegranate Juice unsweetened
- 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Cranberries
- 1 Pear
- 3 Medjool Dates pitted
- 1 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds raw, unsalted
- Baby Spinach optional
- Ice optional
