Tropical Antioxidant Lime is whats up.
Sooooo perfect for summer.
I used green tea ice cubes in this smoothie (it’s kinda my new thang) to add a frothy texture and antioxidant boost, dates for refined sugar-free sweetness, and coconut to make it totally tropical.

Tropical Antioxidant Lime Smoothie
Servings 1
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 Lime skin on
- 3/4 Cup Pomegranate Juice
- 1/2 Mango
- 3 T Coconut shredded
- 2 T Hemp Seeds
- 2 Medjool Dates pitted
- 1 Cup Green Tea Ice Cubes
- 1 Handful Baby Spinach (optional)
