Tropical Antioxidant Lime is whats up.

Sooooo perfect for summer.

I used green tea ice cubes in this smoothie (it’s kinda my new thang) to add a frothy texture and antioxidant boost, dates for refined sugar-free sweetness, and coconut to make it totally tropical.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Lime skin on
  • 3/4 Cup Pomegranate Juice
  • 1/2 Mango
  • 3 T Coconut shredded
  • 2 T Hemp Seeds
  • 2 Medjool Dates pitted
  • 1 Cup Green Tea Ice Cubes
  • 1 Handful Baby Spinach (optional)
