I am freeing myself from stress. I breathe in relaxation and I breathe out tension. I am pressing the reset button. Calmness washes over me now. I am ridding my mind of negative thoughts, and filling it up with positive ones. I am free of anything that weighs me down. I am safe, I am free, I am totally in control. I am in charge of myself and my life, so I am letting go of all unnecessary worries or fears. Letting myself be a stress ball doesn’t change or solve anything. Everything is going to work out, so in the meantime, I am calm and relaxed. I am patient with myself and others. I am finding love and support inside and out. Everything is going to be ok. I don’t sweat the small stuff. I am capable of handling any problem or challenge that comes my way. I am attracting positive energy into my body now. I am clearing my mind with each deep breath, and I am feeling so much better. I am feeling lighter and reassured. All is well in my world. I am smart, I am strong, I am resourceful. So I release all attitudes and beliefs that no longer serve me. I am centered. I am relaxed. I am releasing the tension from my body, I am allowing it to melt away. Everything is going to be ok. I give myself credit, and cut myself slack. I lovingly forgive and let go of the past, and I embrace the present with ease, grace, and gratitude. I am so thankful for all of the good in my life. I am thankful for this opportunity to press the reset button. I am thankful for my wonderful new energy and my new mindset. Everything is going to work out. I am ok right now, and all is well in my world.
