Refund Policy for Infinite Influence

Infinite Influence is a Network Marketing Recruiting Free Zone. If you are joining Infinite Influence with the agenda to recruit the members within it, you’re in the wrong place. Any attempt at recruiting (however subtle it may be) will result in you being immediately removed from the program and group without any refund.

If you have had a coaching call or missed a coaching call with Ashley Diana, you will not be receiving a refund. 

Your purchase price is final and partial refunds will not be given for price comparisons.

Refunds will not be granted if applied for beyond 30 days of purchasing.

REASONS

We do not give refunds for the following reasons:

  • Feelings of overwhelm
  • Misplaced login details
  • Inability to contact support to solve problem
  • Feelings of incompatibility
  • Technical challenges with platforms we recommend

REFUND POLICY FOR INFINITE INFLUENCE

If you’re looking to get your money back simply because you’ve hit a road block, I really encourage you to reach out for help in our Facebook Group. Myself, my team and a community of Influencers are all here to see you succeed and like I say in the program, there will be ups and downs, but consistency and perseverance are key.

Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use program or engage in the group. We stand behind our program and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.

However, I truly believe that this program has value and is worth well over the amount you paid for it.

Other members have gained results from the teachings in this program.

Because of this, my policy on refunds has some pre-requisites showing that you gave Infinite Influence a solid attempt.

For my team to process your refund, you must:

  1. Show that you attempted to create a social media profile
  2. Have watched all the modules and marked them as complete (our system can verify this)
  3. Posted in our Facebook Group at least once
  4. Provide feedback of the part of the program that motivated you to ask for a refund. Too technical? Too intimidating? Too complicated?

When you submit a request for a refund, someone from my team will consider your request and process a refund if it’s aligned with my policy.
