This morning I thought I don’t know what I could say that hadn’t already been so beautifully and powerfully said. Then I realized that it’s not about saying the perfect or most profound thing - the point is to not be silent. We can’t be silent! I don’t ever turn on the news, so I’ll admit, I tend not to be the first to know what is happening outside of my bubble (yep, privilege. I’m understanding it more now; thank you to the amazing educators & leaders who are sharing your wisdom!) Yet last night I went to bed with a physical pain in my chest as I saw a video recalling over George Floyd’s last words, calling out for his mother - crying out that he can’t breathe! Tears, just tons and tons of tears ran down my face as I sat in bed at midnight and cried for this man, his family, and all of other lives that have come before him. None of this is fair. This is not right. Everyone is someone’s baby, and every person deserves honor & love. I stand for black lives. I’m educating myself more. I want to educate my daughter. We are all the same. We just have different skin tones?! Why should anyone be treated differently. This is really bad, but I know and trust that good always come from bad - it has to! It’s a the universal law of polarity, which means that good WILL come from this. 💔

#invisibleillness 🖤 Dry eyes, dry mouth, fatigue, brain fog, tooth decay, joint pain, numbness... #ThisIsSjogrens. About 7 years ago, I was diagnosed with #SjogrensSyndrome, which is an autoimmune disease closely related to Rheumatoid Arthritis.

🦄🍭🌈 I saw this on @galadarling’s page & immediately out loud said OMG YES! 🤣🦄🙌🏻🏆💜

Couldn't let Mother's Day week go by without posting a picture of my beautiful mama. My mama live in SC and we miss her like crazy! She is amazing and perfect. I mean just look at her - how fabulous is she?! 👸🏼I love you so much mom; thank you for always being there for Lily and I! 💜Thank you for always believing in me!⁠

Omg I laughed so hard (and cried). 😂 Tag a friend who would feel this hard!⁠

Def didn’t plan our outfits. 🤎😆🖤
