You have the ability to choose courage each day, and we created this affirmation to help make that choice a little easier. I am open to choosing courage. I am whole, i am open, i am learning. I choose to be confident, to stand strong in my decisions, and to advance forward with strength. I have all of the strength, tenacity and energy I need to take bold and honest action. I choose to have the courage to move forward fast and boldly pursue my goals. I courageously choose to make the most of each day as I know they each day is a gift and I will never live this day again. I have the courage to honor my truth and communicate my needs. I speak my truth with confidence. I have the courage to make any change necessary to create a happy, colorful, healthy, and meaningful life for myself. I am brave and proactive. I am my own superhero. Even when it’s difficult, even when I experience inner resistance, I choose courage. I am free because I live courageously. I am brave. I am bold. I am fabulously fierce. It’s safe for me to speak up and to be seen. I have a reason for being here. I stand courageously in my power. Courage IS my superpower.
