I mean something to this world to be alive TODAY. So I’m going to make today great no matter what actually happens. I am ready to rise, I am ready to shine, and I am ready to embrace this day like the gift that it is. I will make an impact in all of the tiny ways that I can today. I will be the reason that somebody smiles. I will find reasons to love myself and life itself. Regardless of the events that unfold, my attitude and my response are what will make this day good or bad. If something happens that I don’t like, I won’t let it upset me. I won’t remember that annoyance in 5 days, 5 weeks and definitely not 5 years from now. I’m not the kind of person that sweats the small stuff. If I run into a challenge, I will shift my perspective and view it as an opportunity to learn and grow. Even the hard stuff can be harnessed for good, and when it comes to the good, I won’t brush past it. I will take notice of all the abundance, all of the joy, all of the beauty and the blessings that are available to me in each and every moment. Even if my routine is the same, even if I go to the same places and see the same people, I will make notice of the small differences. This exact day will never, can never, be duplicated.
