Cultivating Patience Affirmations:
Today, I am patient and calm. I am making the choice to be patient with myself, patient with others, and patient with life. I trust the process of life. Impatience doesn’t speed anything up or make things go my way. I am choosing patience, because when I choose that, I’m able to think rationally. I’m a better problem solver. I see and speak with greater clarity. I stand in my power. I am grounded, centered, and I am a force. I am loving the process of trust- of learning to cultivate patience, so that I can show up as my best self no matter what life throws my way. I am becoming more calm and collected with every circumstance that tests my patience. I am treating every test, every annoyance, every stressor as an opportunity to practice and to master the skill of patience. I am put together, positive, and respected when I keep my cool. I know that many things are challenging before they become easy, and so, I stay patient. I keep my resolve. I trust the process. I trust life. Everything unfolds and works out exactly as it’s meant to. My patience is growing more and more every day, and I am truly becoming a patient person. A better listener. I am kind. I am compassionate. I am relaxed. I am tolerant, and I am flexible. I am accepting of the fact that some things just take a little longer. That my timeline might not be aligned with the best timeline or the right timeline for the greater good. I lovingly trust the process of life. I am always guided, I am always taken care of. I am guided in the perfect time. So, I am releasing the need to micromanage everything. I am no longer stressing about things outside of my control, and I am focusing only on what I do have control over. And that is my thoughts. That is my patience, my mindset, my attitude, how I conduct myself. When my patience is tested, and I feel myself getting frustrated, I take 3 deep breaths. I tune out the trigger. I gather myself, and I decide how I want to respond. I am choosing to respond with confidence and intelligence, instead of reacting from a place of low vibrational energy. I take breaks when I need to. I am caring for myself so that I don’t burn out. I don’t expect perfection. I am simply practicing patience. I am choosing to trust the process of life. I am in the wonderful process of positive change. Calm and patience envelops me now.
