I am aware. I recognize that my body has been in an extreme state of overwhelm and I am taking positive action now to move into a calm, more relaxed state.

I am at ease.

I am breathing deeply, slowly, as I count back from 5 4 3 2 1.

Right now, my body is just trying to protect me. The sensations I am feeling in my body are normal and natural and I respect my body’s power to work through these feelings of discomfort. 

I am at ease.

I am breathing deeply, slowly, as I count back from 5 4 3 2 1.

I don’t have to have all the answers. I don’t have to have all the solutions. But I choosing to exist from a state of peace. I am choosing to exist from a state of love, even when it’s difficult or challenging. 

I am at ease.

I am breathing deeply, slowly, as I count back from 5 4 3 2 1.

I cannot help or give from a state of mental or physical exhaustion, I cannot help myself or those around me from a state of dysregulation. I am choosing to embody serenity. I am open and available to receive what it is my soul needs to feel comforted at this time.

I am taking back control second by second. I feel better, calmer, and more relaxed. I am using my mind to calm my body.I let go of everything that’s out of my control. I focus on my breath- steady, slow, dependable. I surrender and I feel so much better. 

I am at ease.

I am breathing deeply, slowly, as I count back from 5 4 3 2 1.

I take a deep, slow breath in and exhale all the tension out. Every deep inhalation brings my body back into balance. My nervous system is resetting itself now. I feel my heartbeat slowing down. My inhales are smooth, my exhales deep, consistent, and long. I feel at ease; tranquility envelopes me now. I can come back to this as often as I need to. I know that taking care of myself and my mental health is the first step, always, to better life and a better world. I am at ease and all is well with me now.
