I am safe and all is well.
I am the kind of person who can fully relax on an airplane. I am the kind of person who is confident with air travel and can fully enjoy my flight. This is time for me to let go and not have to do anything for a while. I could use that and I deserve that.
I am releasing the feeling of overwhelm and choosing to enjoy this flight.
I am giving my body and mind a rest. It’s perfectly safe for me to not be in the drivers seat right now. Fully letting go and letting someone else be in charge for a change. This is good for me.
There is no danger or threat to my life even though it may feel scary.
I am taking a deep, slow breath in and slowly out. Choosing to focus on my breath is a powerful tool. I have the power over my mind and I have power over how I choose to breath right now. BOTH are changing me physiologically.

Air travel is safe. I am safe. Millions of people fly safely every day. 100,000 flights take off and land each day.
I feel confident on this flight.
I am letting go of irrational thoughts.
Turbulence is a like a pothole in the road. It may be a bit inconvenient, but there is nothing to be scared of.
The fluctuating sounds of the airplane are normal and expected.
I trust and have faith in my pilots, crew and the other passengers on board. Everyone is doing their best to be sure our flight is safe, calm and relaxing.
I am intentional about how I choose to feel on my flight, and I choose I feel good.
My thoughts are up to me. I am in complete control of how I feel.
I am loosening up, relaxing my muscles, unclenching my jaw.
I am feeling more at ease now.
I am proud of how I am taking care of myself on this flight.
My breath is now in a nice, slow rhythm. My heart is beating at a perfect pace.
I know that I am safe. I am always safe when I travel.
I am grateful to be in my destination. I can see myself there now, feeling proud of how I handled my flight and enjoying being at my destination.
