Beets

Beet Greens
YES, you can eat the beet greens! Do not toss them out. When I choose beets, I choose them by how nice the greens are.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 Raw Beets (small to medium sized) washed thoroughly and/or peeled
- 1 bunch Greens from your beets (stems and leaves) or use 1 bunch of Swiss chard
- 3 Red Apples
- 2 Limes peeled
- 1 Bunch Mint
