If you like banana bread and you like ice cream, the you’ll be a fan of this.
Dairy-free, creamy, sweet, & delish – this Banana Bread Ice Cream is heaven.
Like I mentioned in my White Velvet Smoothie post, I have been trying to focus on more protein & healthy fats in my recipes, so this dairy-free ice cream is a recipe full of protein. Previously I’ve always made banana ice cream with just a few walnuts thrown in, but this time I focused on all the nuts & seeds I could include to add as much protein as possible without changing the flavor. This banana bread ice cream is so tasty, healthy, and much more nutritionally balanced than your average banana ice cream (or any ice cream for that matter).

Speaking of protein, there are actually 8 grams of protein per serving in this recipe! This makes me very happy for Lily and her love her of ice cream, and I can be happy with the fact that she loves to make this for breakfast (she thinks its sooo silly and fun that she can eat ice cream for breakfast).
AND of course, I cannot eat this -ya know, raw bananas for me area big no no, but Alex, Lily, and my mom give this 10 stars.
Like I mentioned, if you love ice cream & banana bread, you’ll love this!
