This apple sauce is the easiest treat you will ever make. I love recipes where I can just throw everything into a Vitamix and then VOILA appears a delicious meal. I used three types of apples in this recipe to create the perfect blend of sweet and tangy.
This applesauce is quite versatile. If you don’t want cinnamon, leave it out. If you want nuts, add them. If you want to use a different apple, go for it! Let your imagination be your guide! This was just my personal favorite combo!
Studies have shown an inverse relationship between the consumption of apples and several cancers. The peels of the apple contain exceptionally large amounts of antioxidants and strong anti-cancer compounds! Never discard your apple peels. Enjoy this simple and delicious Fat-Free treat.
