Violette’s Vegan Restaurant Collaboration!

Hi Friends! Meet my good friend, Cyndy Violette. Cyndy is a world famous poker player, a vegan restauranteur, and an all around amazing person. Cyndy owns Violette’s Vegan, an organic, vegan restaurant and juice bar in Las Vegas. It’s not often you come across a vegan restaurant, much less an organic one. Cyndy has raised the bar and has opened Las Vegas’ first and only all-vegan and organic restaurant!

So why are she and I in a photo together? Well…here’s the BIG NEWS! For the first time ever, I will be debuting my smoothie and juice recipes inside a restaurant – Violette’s Vegan!

In addition to the delicious shakes, Violette’s will be serving four of my original recipes, created exclusively for Violette’s Vegan.  These aren’t just any ‘ol drinks; these are homemade cashew milks! On second thought, these aren’t just any ‘ol cashew milks…

These are what I call CakeMilks! (You know I like to create new names for my creations, right?) 

These CakeMilks are sweet, creamy, and delicious. Although they are not necessarily cake-flavored like the marvelous milkshakes, they are certainly a sweet treat! Mmm…As I am writing this outside on my patio this morning, Orange Creamsicle CakeMilk is sounding extra delicious. (And yes, Orange Creamsicle CakeMilk is one of the flavors you can taste at Violette’s!)

I am beyond excited to be sharing my favorite recipes in Cyndy’s restaurant! This was a perfect match. I am so honored to have my recipes in such a beautiful (and colorful!) establishment who’s purpose is to serve the highest quality, plant based, organic food and to spread the message of compassion.

As you know, for me, this past year has been full of ups and downs and all things unexpected. I always say that if you aren’t change you are not growing and you aren’t learning. The lessons I have learned throughout this year have been to stay positive and realize that any funk you are going through, in time will pass, and if you focus on the light then all kinds of amazing opportunities will come your way.

This collaboration with Violette’s Vegan is a beautiful example of manifesting and following through with intention.

I encourage all of you to not only come in a try these delicious, healthy drinks, but I also encourage you to set your intentions and live a life filled with purpose. I am pretty sure, that Cyndy would concur. 🙂
