This Brazilian Berry Smoothie is a quick, easy and healthy treat! It’s definitely a recipe you will want to make!
So on this particular Sunday night, Lilygoat and I are snuggling on the couch. As always, she’s being cute and chewing on my finger, while I’m drinking tea and eating mango.
As a matter of fact, we have been relaxing this weekend and really taking it easy. We have a very busy week ahead of us, so it’s the calm before the storm. Soon we will be preparing to fly to Austin, Texas on Saturday for the BTC hair awards.
And yes, of course, Lily ABSOLUTELY has cowgirl boots! To clarify, she has 2 pairs to be exact. I’m SO excited to take her picture! However, I’m even more excited to stay with our BFF, Allison, and visit our favorite baby shop in Plano, Texas.
Anyways, I’ll tell y’all all about Texas later in the week.
For now, let’s talk about this beautiful smoothie.
So, I made this smoothie on Snapchat yesterday (Also, if you aren’t watching Snapchat yet, add me now: MissAshleyDiana).
In the end, I decided to add strawberries to the final version, plus I used a frozen banana instead of a regular one. Not surprisingly, I loved the final result of this recipe!
Also, a small handful of green tea ice cubes or shredded coconut may be a nice addition to this recipe. In essence, that’s what I love about blender recipes. You ultimately can get SO creative and tweak the recipe to suit your needs perfectly.
Not only is this smoothie tasty, it is also loaded with anthocyanins. In fact, Anthocyanins are the healthy stuff found in berries that make you look youthful and healthy. Plus, this smoothie also has antioxidants. And as you know, antioxidants are the stuff that fights off the all the bad vibes, otherwise known as free radicals!
So enjoy this recipe and drink up babes. Xo!
