Happy Monday guys!! I’m totally in love with this statement “You don’t need a new year to make a change; all you need is a monday!” I am actually one of those people who hate new years resolutions, therefore I basically never make any. Oddly enough, any changes I need to make, I start making around the holidays. I think it’s because I want to get a jump start on the new year and feel like i’ve already accomplished something by the time the new year rolls around.
My Monday goal this week is to start focusing on my workouts again and drink a lot more water. It’s safe to say that I have been a bit of a slacker in the exercise department this year. We all have been there, and life has just been too crazy and something had to give. When I ran across this quote, I was like YES, this is exactly what I needed to hear. It’s all about stopping the procrastination and stopping the excuses. There is no reason to wait until the new year for anything!
Whether it’s exercising, eating healthier, starting a new hobby, or just changing some bad habits…the time is now! Won’t you feel better tomorrow if you started something positive today?
