For those of you who have been around since the early days, you know that Tea Tuesday started a looooong time ago as a weekly blog post series.
I wanted to revive Tea Tuesday and turn it into something dual-purpose. So IG LIVE + blog post seemed like he most fun idea that made the biggest impact.
Today on my @missashleydiana IG page, I shared my fave immunity products. Below is the recording of the LIVE!!
I’m such a sucker for healthy shit. I 💜 herbs, tinctures, plants, essential oils, and anything and everything that is wholistic and heathy.
***Always ask your med Dr before trying anything new especially if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding or if you are already taking meds. Herbs and plants are VERY powerful and magical.
Black Elderberry Tincture
I first learned about elderberry from my fave doctor ever, Dr. Fuhrman. Berries are something we need to be eating every day for optimal health. Most commonly when we think about berries we think Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries or Blackberries, but there TONS of berries that you’ve prob never even heard of before that are so powerful to include into your daily routine or immune support routine.
Elderberry syrup is easier to find at health food stores, but typically it’s full of sugar (which is handy if you’re trying to get kids to take it), but not necessary and not as effective for adults.
Opt for Elderberry as a tincture.
Specifically, elderberry, is fast-working at immune response. (I can feel it’s positive effects within a day!) I was wondering how the hell I can feel the difference with this tincture even more than others so I did a little research.
There are 2 types of immune response. Innate (the kind of immunity you’re born with) or adaptive (immunity you develop over time). Elderberry is innate, which means that it acts as if you were born with this immunity and it acts almost immediately.
I take this 1 – 2x daily just to support my system. (it doesn’t taste bad btw) 😋
Freaking cool, right? Berries really are rad.
It sounds weird (maybe?) to take silver, but it’s totally normal and has no taste. So you won’t get a metal taste in your mouth. I tend to have sinus infections more often than normal, and colloidal silver is really great at helping the sinuses (they even make a nasal spray).
This is the colloidal silver I use.
I use the tincture that you place under the tongue for 30 seconds. For daily support they suggest you use it 1x a day, but if you find yourself in the midst of a full-on immune tragedy, you can take this 7x a day for massive support.

Echinacea Goldenseal Tincture
Such an amazing remedy and its like nature’s antibiotic.
This is another immune-supporting tincture that I really believe in.
I do not take this daily, but only as needed. 💜 You can actually overdo it on Goldenseal (and it’s not for kids).
Mineral Essence is a total must-have, although I’ll warn you that it tastes tragic. It HAS to be mixed with juice (I do pomegranate juice), and it still tastes like crap, but the benefits totally outweigh the brief moment of yuckiness.
This is an incredible ionic mineral supplement. Almost all of us are low on our minerals & according to two time Nobel Prize winner Linus Pauling PhD. “You can trace every sickness, every disease, and every ailment to a mineral deficiency.” Ionic minerals are the most fully and quickly absorbed form of minerals available.
These minerals are 100% natural and are harvested from under the Great Salt Lake in Utah.

Did you know that the two highest antioxidant foods in the WORLD are cinnamon and cloves?! Mind blown, right? I know. I first heard about this from Dr Greger (my other fave med Dr). Cinnamon & Cloves are the top 2 ingredients in chai tea, which means its a powerhouse of antioxidants in JUST 1 CUP! There are 3 days worth of antioxidants in 1 cup of chai tea. If you don’t change anything else, at least make this one a part of your daily routine!
Lemon Essential Oil
Studies show that lemon essential oil works as a natural wellness agent because of two dominant compounds found in the oil, limonene and b-pinene.
Lemon EO is vey strong and just a few drops are even more powerful than sliced lemon. This means it has major immunity power!
I put 5 drops of Lemon Vitality Essential Oil, in my water in the morning to refresh my system! What I like most about Lemon EO is that it doesn’t erode your teeth enamel like fresh lemon does, and it’s even more potent that regular lemon.
Frankincense Essential Oil
I use Frankincense Vitality Essential Oil in my water daily as a way to support LOTS of body functions and especially my immune system. 2-3 drops a day in your water will make a huge difference in your wellbeing.
If you don’t have Thieves essential oil, you aren’t living your best life. It’s the greatest thing since Jesus. You think I’m joking, but no. 😇 It is the best super immunity essential oil blend ever made. I use this to make an essential oil tea concoction that is SO good.
Hot water + 2 drops Thieves Vitality Essential Oil + 5 drops Lemon Vitality Essential Oil + spoonful of Manuka Honey.
Make this tea as much as possible to live your best healthy badass life.
Bonus: It smells like Christmas. 🎄
Rapidly infuse your cells with green juice as often as possible especially if you’re sick! Veggie juices infuse your cells with fresh vitamins and nutrients in just a matter of minutes because your body barely has to do any digestion.
The easiest thing to start with is celery juice because it’s low sugar and only 1 ingredient. There are NO excuses not to make a 1 ingredient juice.
If I’m not feeling well, I try to have 1-2 glasses of veggie juice a day. The best thing to do is stay hydrated when you’re feeling sick. Gotta flush it all out!
I’ve been making Anti-flu tea for a very long time and it’s so comforting when I’m not feeling well. My medical Dr here in Vegas shared his with me, and I added my own twist by adding fresh orange (to make it a lil sweeter). You def have to try this one! It’ll be a family fave.
Packed with fresh Ginger, Turmeric, Lemon, Orange and Sage, this is a great remedy for aches, pains, mucus & anything related to cold & flu.
Olive Leaf Extract
OLE has always been super powerful for me when it comes to kicking colds in the ass. I first learned about this like 10 years ago in a random health book that my mom had at home. It’s Clinically studied for anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties to support a healthy immune system.
Barleans’s OLE is highly rated and it really does wonders. I’m personally not a huge fan of peppermint flavor, but it’ll do! It makes me feel better, so I’ll take it!
I just take 1 tsp a day!
Twisting / Stretching
All disease starts in the gut, and it also the first place we can begin to eliminate toxins! When you move your body, particularly your midsection, you push toxins and 💩 (yeah literally) out of your system. Twisting activates your organs and digestion to get into detox action. You’re prob not going to feel like working out when you’re under the weather, but stretching is something that you can make happen.
Raw / Roasted Garlic
YAS GIRL… get your garlic on! Raw is the best option, but I LOVE eating plain, roasted garlic. It’s sooo delicious just by itself. It tastes like garlic butta. 😛 Eating garlic daily can reduce your risk of becoming sick in the first place, but if you’re body is feeling low, def boost it with garlic because it will start to reduce your symptoms.
Fun fact: Garlic is rich in sulfur which is great for heathy hair as well.
I’m an affirmation junkie! I have affirmations that I say for everything in my life, and I say them daily. If affirmations sound woo woo to you, let me assure you that this is the real deal.
Affirmations work on your subconscious mind to open up blocks that are hindering you from what you wan in life. Your subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between what is real and what is vividly imagined, so we can actually “trick” our subconscious mind into creating the life that we desire.
Affirmations take several repetitions to engrain into your brain. It is best to do these, either in the morning or right before bed, when the body is in a relaxed state and the subconscious mind is most receptive. I would recommend repeating your affirmation at least 5 times 1x a day. Say it out loud with passion and excitement!
