It’s time for Smoothie Sunday again y’all! I have been so busy that I haven’t posted Smoothie Sunday in a while. It’s good to be back!
Btw, yesterday was so awesome… My gf Courtney and I spoke at Women Who Slay which is a female entrepreneur event here in Las Vegas. She and I spoke on blogging and podcasting and how to monetize your passion through authentically sharing your story online. (More to come tomorrow)
So let’s talk about this drink for a moment. Herbal Blackberry Smoothieness 🙂 This amazing drink is so tasty and it’s so healthy. I’m obsessed with using herbs in my recipes. Have you noticed? These below also contain powerful & healing herbs!
Did you know blackberries are one of the healthiest things you can eat? They really are an underdog super-fruit! Acai berries aren’t the only berry that packs a powerful punch of energy. I first learned about the importance of eating berries daily from my nutrition guru Dr. Fuhrman – his book Eat To Live is the whole reason I started eating plant based. It’s crazy how one thing can change your life. I highly recommend it if you want to live as more vibrant, happy, healthy, and productive life! Want to know more about how amazingly rad berries are? Blackberries are my JAM (no pun intended lol) packed with potassium which is where all your energy boost is going to be coming from! In fact, blackberries have 233 MG’s per cup of potassium! Yaaass! Plus, they have plenty of nutrients to keep you going as well! Always remember, the darker the berry the better!
I was thrilled this drink gave me so much ENERGY because this past weekend I sure as hell needed it! My fellow boss babe @COURTNEYBENTLEY_ and I rocked the house, and we looked cute AF while doing it. Herbal Blackberry Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Blackberries
- 2 Cups Frozen Watermelon
- 1 T Fresh Rosemary
- 1/4 Cup Pomegranate Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Pomegranate Juice
- 2-4 Medjool Dates pitted
- 1 T Lemon Juice
- 1 T Chia Seeds
DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients together until smooth!
